Return Authorisation: Await our acknowledgement before returning the item. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Condition of Return: Ensure that the product is unused and returned in its original packaging. Products that are returned without authorisation or used will not be accepted.

Decision on Return: Once we receive the item, we will review the return request. The decision on accepting the return or exchange will be made within 2-3 business days. You will be notified of the outcome via email.
Refunds
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in the form of a store credit valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. We do not offer refunds on cancelled orders.
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or altered. We urge customers to review their orders carefully before making a purchase. All payments made are final and no refunds will be processed for cancellations once the order is confirmed.
